Reiki I Workshop This one day intensive workshop covers the following material:
Introduction to Reiki, Reiki history, Hand positions for full body treatments, Dealing with clients, Self treatments, Chakra energy and Living with Reiki. During this class you will receive two attunements to open the channels through which Reiki flows. A comprehensive manual and certificate is also provided.
Reiki II Workshop
This one day intensive workshop introduces you to the Reiki symbols for increasing your Reiki powers and for sending absent healing. You will receive two attunements during this class. A comprehensive manual and certificate is also provided.
Reiki I & II Combined Workshop Reiki I and II can be combined in an intensive 2 day workshop. This brings the benefit of enabling students to become full Reiki practitioners straight away.
School of the Living Light Reiki School of the Living Light Reiki has a strong spiritual flavour and for this reason it may not suit everyone. However it is not necessary to have any particular beliefs or consider yourself very spiritual to take a Reiki class with us. All that is required is a desire to learn how to heal, and a commitment to your own healing and growth. Taking a Reiki class is a way to embark on the path of a healer, to commit to your own healing and to the service and healing of humanity.
School of the Living Light Reiki is taught to a high standard and is practised according to a code of conduct. Reiki itself cannot be trademarked for it is the universal life force energy of divine origin. However the manner in which School of the Living Light Reiki is taught and practised is trademarked in order to preserve its integrity. School of the Living Light Reiki is closely modelled on the traditional Reiki teaching and acknowledges the lineage of Reiki masters. By learning Reiki you gain the ability to channel the life force energy for this lifetime, gained through the lineage of Reiki masters which traces back to Usui.
Whilst it is important to respect tradition it is also necessary to adapt to the times and include current knowledge. We include all the traditional elements in our teaching and have added some information such as how to work with Chakra energy and Reiki guides. We offer Reiki I and II training as an intensive two day workshop since the frequencies of light now available on the planet support this for those who choose an accelerated path of growth and healing. Working with Reiki can be viewed from several different perspectives. At the level of physical and emotional healing the practitioner is acting as a channel for the healing energy of the Divine. Working as a Reiki healer at this level will bring the recipient’s energy to a state of balance and flow which results in the opportunity for them to reclaim their physical and emotional wellbeing.
At the level of your own personal development the true and honest practice of Reiki will provide many opportunities for your growth. Reiki will accelerate your lessons and hence your growth. As a path of spiritual development the path of the healer is the opening of one’s heart without judgement and with compassion. Healing and living your life with kindness and gentleness are the active expression of this.
